Your trip will begin with a comfortable and convenient pickup from your place in Aqaba. From there, you’ll travel in style to Petra, one of the world’s new Seven Wonders. Along the way, you’ll marvel at the breathtaking desert scenery and learn fascinating stories and insights from our knowledgeable local guides.
When you arrive in Petra, you’ll be transported to a world of sandstone cliffs, temples, tombs, and other archaeological wonders. Wander through the Siq’s narrow canyon to the famous Treasury building, marveling at its intricate facades and ornate carvings. Your guide will tell you stories about the Nabataean civilization that built this incredible city over 2,000 years ago as you explore Petra’s various sites and structures. You’ll also have plenty of chances to take stunning photos, sample delectable local cuisine, and shop for one-of-a-kind souvenirs. You’ll return to Aqaba in comfort after a full day of exploration, with memories and photos to last a lifetime.

Itinerary

7:30 am – Pickup. We will pick you up from your lodging at agreed time and take you to the site of Petra.
9:30 am – Arrival at Petra. Upon arrival, you will enter the site of Petra through the Siq, the narrow canyon that leads to the Treasury. The walk through the Siq takes approximately 30 minutes and is an unforgettable experience.
10:00 am – Explore Petra. You will then have the opportunity to explore Petra’s ancient ruins and structures, including the Treasury, the Royal Tombs, and the Roman Theater. Your guide will provide you with fascinating insights into the history, culture, and architecture of this remarkable city.
02:00 pm – Lunch break. You will have some free time to enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants in Petra.
3:00 pm – Return to Aqaba. After a full day of exploration, you will be transported back to your hotel in Aqaba.
5:00 pm – Hotel drop-off. You will arrive back at your hotel in Aqaba in the late afternoon, with memories and photos that will last a lifetime.
