08:00 AM – Pickup from your Dead Sea hotel by air-conditioned car
09:00 AM – Arrival in Umm Al Rasas, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its historic churches and well-preserved Byzantine mosaics. Visit the site with your tour guide. 11:00 AM – Drive from Umm Al Rasas to Mukawir, a historic fortress that once housed John the Baptist. Take in the stunning views of the Dead Sea and the surrounding hills from the summit of the hill. 01:00 PM – Lunch break at a nearby restaurant. 01:30 PM – Arrival in Madaba, the “City of Mosaics,” which houses the famed Madaba Map, an ancient mosaic depicting the Holy Land. Visit St. George Church to see this masterpiece. 03:00 PM – Leave Madaba and travel to Mount Nebo, where Moses is reputed to have glimpsed the Promised Land. Views of the Dead Sea, Jordan River, and adjacent hills are breathtaking. 05:30 PM – Return to your Dead Sea hotel after leaving Mount Nebo.
