Itinerary

  • Leave early in the morning from Amman (around 7 AM).
  • Take the road to Wadi Al Moujeb (approximately 2 hours).
  • Walk through the wadi, taking in the breathtaking vistas of canyon cliffs and waterfalls.
  • Take a relaxing swim in the wadi’s natural pools.
  • Take a trip to the Dead Sea (approximately 1.5 hours).
  • Visit a private beach on the Dead Sea to unwind and benefit from the therapeutic properties of the saltwater and mud.
  • Eat lunch at a nearby restaurant.
  • Spend some time floating in the Dead Sea and massaging your skin with mud.
  • In the late afternoon, depart from the Dead Sea (around 4 PM).
  • Return to Amman via car (approximately 1.5 hours).
  • Arrive in Amman early in the evening (around 6 PM).

It should be noted that this schedule does not provide enough time to thoroughly appreciate and explore both Wadi Al Moujeb and the Dead Sea, but it may be a suitable option if you are short on time and want to see both places in one day. It’s crucial to remember that the drive times are just estimations.

The Dead Sea is a salt lake in the Jordan Rift Valley, bordered on the east by Jordan and on the west by Israel and Palestine. The Jordan River is the only river that flows into the Dead Sea.
