Travel to Madaba, home to the world-famous mosaic map of Jerusalem, and Nebo, where Moses first saw the Holy Land. Immerse yourself in Kerak Castle’s rich past and Wadi Mujib’s magnificence as you travel the King’s Highway. Overnight accommodations in Dana, hidden inside the Dana Nature Reserve, and the eco-friendly Feynan Lodge pave the way for remarkable experiences.

Discover the famed Rose City of Petra, including the Monastery and Jabal Haroun’s stunning views. Travel to Wadi Rum, Jordan’s desert beauty, where you’ll drive over towering sand dunes and sleep beneath the stars at a desert tent. Climb Jabal Umm ad Dami, Jordan’s highest peak, for a breathtaking panoramic vista.

Aqaba, the Red Sea’s gateway, encourages visitors with its gorgeous beaches and lively underwater environment, providing two days of leisure and adventure. The Dead Sea, with its revitalizing waters and mud baths, offers a memorable experience before returning to Amman for one more evening.

Hisban, Mukawir, and Umm Al Rasas provide historical riches, allowing you to complete your tour with a better grasp of Jordan’s rich legacy. Itinerary

Day 1: Amman – Jerash – Amman

Begin your adventure in Amman, where ancient citadels and vibrant markets await. Journey north to Jerash, a testament to the Roman Empire’s grandeur, before returning to Amman for a mesmerizing night sky gaze.

Day 2: Madaba – Nebo –Kerak (King’s Way) – Dana

Make your way to Madaba, where you may view the famous mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land. Mount Nebo is your next stop, where, like Moses, you can see the Dead Sea and the Holy Land, as well as Jerusalem, Jericho, and Bethlehem if the weather is clear.
The King’s Highway will be used moving ahead, and the Grand Canyon of Jordan, Wadi Mujib, will be passed along the way. You’ll have lunch at Mount Nebo before touring a large fortress in Kerak where Richard Lionheart and Saladin fought during the Crusades prior heading to Dana for the night.

Day 3: Dana – Hiking Wadi Dana – Feynan Eco Lodge

Transfer to Dana Village, which has a beautiful view of the Dana Nature Reserve, and begin trekking from the Guest House across Wadi Dana (5 hours hiking) before settling into the serene Feynan Eco Lodge.

Day 4: Feynan – Wadi Ghweir – Wadi Namala – Petra

After breakfast, drive by four-wheel drive vehicle to the Roman Byzantine Churches at Khirbet Feynan. Visit Feynan’s old copper mines (8500 BC – 4500 BC, Neolithic ages), then travel via Wadi Gweir, Wadi Araba, Namala, Little Petra, and Wadi Musa for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Petra Monastery

Take a guided tour of Petra, the famed Rose City, and discover its hidden treasures, such as the Monastery, while admiring the breathtaking panorama of the Wadi Araba. Walk back from the Basin to your accommodation in Wadi Musa via the picturesque Siq.

Day 6: Snake Monument – Jabal Haroun – Sabra

Trek to the Snake Monument, the tomb of Haroun atop Jabal Haroun, in the early morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Petra and Wadi Araba before continuing to Wadi Sabra and visiting the Nabatean ancient ruins of Sabra, and then returning to Wadi Musa.

Day 7: Petra – Wadi Rum

You will spend the full day touring Wadi Rum by 4WD, seeing Lawrence Springs, the renowned Seven Pillars of Wisdom described by Lawrence of Arabia, the centuries-old inscriptions carved by the Thamudic and Nabatean people, Khazali Canyon, and the Little Stone Bridge. Before reaching Umm Fruth Bridge, consider climbing natural rock bridges or sand dunes and observe Lawrence of Arabia’s house, the Burdah rock bridge, and Barrah Canyon. Then, head to your desert tent for overnight.

Day 8: Wadi Rum -Umm Ad Dami

Today, you are going to climb Umm Ad Dami, Jordan’s tallest peak, for a breathtaking panoramic vista.
After contemplating the serenity on top of the sky-high, you will go to Aqaba on the Red Sea for the night.

Day 9 : Aqaba Free Day

The Red Sea’s gateway, Aqaba, lets you unwind on stunning beaches or discover the enthralling underwater world.

Day 10: Aqaba Free Day

Aqaba offers a variety of activities, including a glass boat cruise and a tour of the city’s markets.

Day 11: Aqaba Free Day

After breakfast, travel via Wadi Araba to Lot’s Cave near the little town of Zoar (modern-day Safi), view Lot’s wife pillar, trek Wadi Mujib (lower section) and conclude your day at the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on Earth.

Day 12: Aqaba Free Day

You have the entire day to yourself today, so go swimming, take a mud bath, or do whatever else you like.

Day 13: Dead Sea – Baptism site – Desert Castles – Amman

You will visit the “Bethany Beyond the Jordan” (Al-Maghtas) Baptism Site in the morning, where John the Baptist baptised Jesus Christ.
After that, drive to Jordan’s eastern desert to see three of the best-preserved desert castles: Qasr Al-Harrana, Qusayr Amra (a Unesco World Heritage site), and Qasr al-Azraq (built of black basalt and used continuously since Roman times, it was Lawrence of Arabia’s headquarters during the Arab Revolt).
Completing the day, return to Amman and stay the night.

Day 14: Hisban – Mukawir – Umm Al Rasas – Amman

You will begin your day by visiting Hisban, which is positioned on the edge of the highland plateau and overlooks the northern edge of the Dead Sea and the Lower Jordan Valley.

The Amorite King Sihon ruled central Jordan from his capital at Heshbon (one of the Cities of the Plain), which is widely identified with modern-day Hisban due to the similarity in names. Next, visit Mukawir, a fortress built on a high hill near the Dead Sea, and Umm Ar-Rasas before returning to Amman for the night.
