Booking Conditions

Kindly read carefully the following booking conditions.

  1. Via Jordan Travel & Tours reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who is unfit, ill prepared or in any way a detriment to group safety. The participation of any person on any program is continually subject to the discretion of the instructor(s) and/or guides(s).
  2. Via Jordan Travel & Tours accepts no responsibility for the actions of persons and/or companies supplying goods and/or services as part of packages or for any extra costs that may arise from the complication or prolongation program for any reason.
  3. Any medical or health related problems or conditions that may affect your participation in any course or program must be cleared by your physician.
  4. Your booking is not confirmed until your payment is received.

Booking Procedure

Please contact our office before sending confirmation forms. Upon booking, the appropriate payment or deposit is required plus the following information from you:

  1. Name and Mailing Address,  Telephone and Fax Numbers.
  2. The program and dates you wish to book
  3. Contact information for Emergency.
  4. A list with Full passport Details of the clients or persons participating in the proposed tour.

Payment

The given Prices are in US dollars. They do not include travel insurance. All prices are subject to change before tour beginning. We accept Canadian and US personal cheques, money orders, and Bank transfer.

If you wish to have a printed receipt, please specifically request one.

Cancellation and Refunds

The management of Via Jordan Travel & Tours reserves the right to alter or withdraw in part or cancel the facilities provided under any given package without prior notice. All packages are extendable on pro-rate basis as quoted at the time of Reservation only and or subject to availability. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to low enrollment or severe weather conditions.

(NOTE: Via Jordan Travel & Tours   reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any itinerary or service one week after booking due to weather, conditions or other reasons without penalty to Via Jordan Travel & Tours)

 

Should Via Jordan Travel & Tours cancel a program, payment maybe refunded. 

No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities

Should you cancel your booking for any reason the following penalties apply:

  1. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before program start, your payment will be refunded, less any textbook or materials fees.
  2. If cancellation occurs between 29 and 20 days before program start, 25% will be withheld.
  3. If cancellation occurs between 19 and 10 days before program start, the lesser of 35% or the full package fee will be withheld.
  4. Cancellation less than 10 days before program start (or once the tour or program begins) results in loss of entire amount paid.

Cancellations must be in writing (Letter, Fax or E- Mail).

Cancellations are only effective once Via Jordan Travel & Tours receive your notification of cancellation.
