Dear Ashraf,
Hello from gray and wet London. We wanted to say thank you for the most interesting and unforgettable tour of Petra: you did not only take us to all the important sites but you have introduced us to the special soul of your unique and incredible home, Petra. Once we are on top of various work/personal admin stuffs, we will both read your website viajordan with great interest and will write a review on Tripadvisor.
Thank you again for everything - the walk to the Monastery was a highlight in our travel experience.
With warmest best Easter-wishes in the meantime,
Erika & Paul (cc:ed)

Dear Hakam,
It was so wonderful to hear from you. We have been very busy in moving into our new home and, consequently, we have been negligent in contacting you.
The good news is that the room for you to stay when you visit us will soon be completed. Therefore, please go ahead and schedule your visit with us any time starting in June.
We had such a fantastic time traveling with you and have told a number of our friends that they must schedule a tour with Via Jordan. We have been fortunate to travel in many exceptional venues. The trip with you in Jordan was one of our top experiences and we want others to enjoy the magic of Jordan.
You made this such a special time. We would love to have a file of the photos that you took. Thanks.
All the best,
Paul and Sandi

Hello Ashraf,
Greetings from Finland. We currently have around -8 degrees Celsius and snow on the ground. With proper winter clothing its actually really nice. It'll melt in March-April in Helsinki I think.
I and Mikko would like to thank you for making our visits to both Petra and Wadi Rum so unforgettable and for telling us about your country and your people and the way you think.
I now have a special place in my heart for Jordan and the people of Jordan.
Best regards,
Maria

If your idea of visiting and touring a country like Jordan is to sit in a coach and get out every so often to take photographs ( A La Japanese) then this company is not for you. Jordan is steeped in history. The Via Jordan tour guide (Ashraf) who accompanied my wife and I on our tour (Early October 2011) was "par excellence". The attention to detail regarding all aspects of the tour and particularly knowledge of the sites visited was clearly and patiently explained with nothing being too much trouble. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left Jordan enriched by the experience. We will be returning to Jordan next year and will have no hesitation in using this company again. First class and thoroughly recommended.

My wife and I were travelling with a friend independantly in Israel and we decided to make the trip over the border to Jordan and visit Petra. We had been given the telephone number of Via Jordan by a friend and so I decided to give them a ring when we reached the crossing in the south of Isreal. Despite the short notice the driver was waiting for us on the Jordanian side and he dealt with all the neseccary paperwork. Just over two hours later we were in Wadi musa. Via Jordan organised a meal in the dessert at night and arranged our return journey three days later. The cost were very reasonable and the service excellent.
